Grace Miller & Co was formed in 2000 and has expanded since then largely through recommendation from existing Clients. Based in South West London, we offer a full range of services to property owners and occupiers throughout South and West London, North Surrey and Middlesex.

We specialise in providing estate management services, primarily to residential estates where the residents collectively own the freehold of the building or have responsibility for the management of the property. We manage a variety of private residential estates ranging in size from small blocks of four flats up to large estates of 200 units. We work closely with our Clients and aim to deliver an unrivalled professional service. Our Property Managers have many years of experience in this field and we pride ourselves on the efficient and friendly service we provide.

Grace Miller & Co is a member of ARMA, the Association of Residential Managing Agents, and as such we are required to comply with the ARMA Code of Practice and the RICS Residential Management Code relating to service charges. We carry comprehensive insurance in accordance with ARMA’s membership requirements.
